Head - HR Operations - Telecom (10-18 yrs)
Lead the team building a national HR center for a pan-India telecom and digital service business
Design the national HR center operating procedures and reports
Oversee the recruitment, staffing, development, and daily management of the HR operations center
Liaise with the shared service center for administrative and transaction HR activities
Work with HR ERP, digital HR cloud, and mobile technologies to support HR operations
Manage the creation of reports and analytics across HR
Build team capabilities with improved technical, process, and project management skills
Knowledge & Skills:
Proven ability to build, design, and create new teams and projects
Strong HR process, operations, and technical skills; familiarity with mobile and cloud based HR technologies
Strong team development skills; excellent at clarifying common goals among diverse staff members, gaining consensus on an overall approach, and building a collaborative environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrates effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization
Comfortable with using Microsoft office; familiarity with SAP HCM, SAP BI, Success Factors
Strong customer management experience and ability to manage customer expectations
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
