About Role :
- This role would be instrumental to the success of the HR function in providing the operational support required to the HR Business Partners & CoE verticals.
- The role would include completely managing the following processes -Onboarding, Background Verification, HRMS & HR Helpdesk. The role holder will have a team of 6-8 people reporting to him/her.
- This role would be based out of Gurgaon. We are looking at someone with 5-7 years of experience in the field of managing the HR Operations. This role holder will have a reporting to Head- HR Shared Services
Job Description :
1. HRMS
- So Responsible for the oversight, development and execution of HR processes related to the HRMS platform.
2. On boarding
- Responsible for pre and post on boarding activities across PAN India.
3. Background Verification and Employee File Management
- Responsible for Background Verification, Employee File Management & External/Internal Audits
4. HR Helpdesk Management (HR Activ)
Experience Required:-
1. Should have strong experience in WORKDAY
2. Experience as a People Management
3. Ability to work collaboratively with other HR Verticals & Partners
4. Excellent communication & influencing skills
Qualification : MBA
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience
