Our client is one of the leading retail companies with multiple lines of business Role: Head HR Operations Reporting to: Head HR Team size: 3-4 Responsibilities: - Monitor internal HR systems and databases i.e. One-stop for all information about employees with respect to performance, compensation and personal details - Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools - Drives all processes during various stages in the Employee Life Cycle - Design and implement company policies - Ensure all units are complaint as per law - Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures - Address employees- queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations) - Monitor Key HR metrics i.e. Benchmarks to ensure standardization in hiring, performance and compensation - Create detailed reports on HR costs - Review and approve or modify budgets - Advanced Analytics to help take better people decisions - Creation of platform to share best Practices in people practices, across all units Requirements: - Experience: 12+ Years - Education: MBA - Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role - Good knowledge of labor law - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems - Ability to develop clear and fair company policies - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities - Team management skills
