Head HR for Operations
Role Overview:
- As Head HR, your mission will be to build an organization that is agile, innovative and performance driven to achieve business goals. Working closely with the VP - HR and the leadership team, the role will lead talent strategy for Operations teams and will be responsible for;
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Pan India HR initiatives for Operations function, managing a team of 4 Cluster Managers.
- Drive Initiatives to Best Practices, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, rewards & Recognition & Culture.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Partner with the leadership team on various strategic initiatives such as organization and culture, transformation and succession planning, etc
- Partner with employees and leadership to develop policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees on employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment and retention
- Oversee the annual performance review and employee recognition systems while ensuring that performance management is an ongoing and effective process
