Head - HR Operations
- Setup and Lead the HR Operations function to encompass all aspects of HR for the organization
- Managing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of core HR services
- Managing transformation and service integration initiatives, related projects, and service delivery against targeted KPIs
- Building, strengthening, and maintaining customer service, client and peer relationships, both internal and external to the HR Team, to drive and enable cross-functional efficiency
- Keeping team and leadership informed on progress and issues affecting HR operations
- Leading multiple teams in execution and working in an autonomous manner while monitoring, and evaluating the activities and performance of the team
The Ideal Candidate :
- MBA in HR from a reputed college is preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in HR Operations supporting a workforce of 5,000 or more employees
- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
- Well versed in HR tools like Workday or Peoplesoft is a must
- Experience in Handling HR Operations for all HR is a must
- Team handling experience is Mandatory
