- Ensure associate life cycle management of HR processes, data entry, records upkeep, HR compliances and other business-related essential requirements.
- Ensure an automated system of process management and build systems and processes from time to time.
- Build and maintain excellent service levels for associates, managers and HR domain owners who are customers to this role.
- Strong team management reporting to this position.
- Own traditional HR processes from hiring , transfers, payroll, vendor fee management, offers creation; to exit and post exit management of associates tracking. Own new transaction /operational areas like recognition, learning, engagement events and other related transactions.
- Identify potential areas of HR which can be owned from process point of view. Work with internal stakeholders to transition the same to HR operations/shared services; and show strong governance and service levels.
- Ensure strong compliance which protects the organization from any ethical, statutory, legal or information/data security expectations; or any other audit requirements. Will act as the interface for any audits.

- Vendor management experience
- 14+Years HR experience primarily in HR operations area
- Graduation, followed by MBA from a reputed institute.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Proven leadership in Talent Acquisition & Business HR.
- Must have done a strong stint in IT/Internet/e-commerce/Digital Industry.
