Client: European MNC in the services domain Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include : - Total HR operations management for India - Responsibilities include HR Operations from onboarding till exit - The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, project planning, and coordination, as well as overall management of the India HR Operations. This includes the processing support functions for payrolls, tax, and accounting, employee benefits operations, data entry operations - HR budgeting and forecasting for headcount over a 5-year horizon - Managing end process and policy improvement - identifying gaps and improvisation of processes - Manage multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations - The incumbent manages a data quality/quality control resource and is responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian regulations - Ensuring all data integrity Successful candidate : - 10-15 years of experience in core HR operations - Excellent stakeholder management
