Leave and attendance 6. Transfers and reorganization 7. Inputs to payroll 8. Increment and promotion 9. Separation 10. MIS 11. Implementation of various HR policies 12. Process audit Required Candidate profile Qualification: - Post Graduate in HR with effective people handling skills. - Should have worked in a mass scaling organization with employee strength of 1000 or More. Should have deep understanding of HRMS and various HR processes Experience: - 8 years and above
