Job brief We are looking for somebody to lead the HR function. The person will be a mid-level person who is keen to take on this challenge to lead the Org. Head of HR responsibilities include Hiring across functions, Performance management, Creating an effective performance-based culture, Designing budgets, creating and applying company policies and managing internal HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and a good knowledge of Human Resources Management software. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives. Responsibilities - Hiring across functions for our Construction/Renovation /Interior and Maintenance business. - Create an adequate performance evaluation system across the org - Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems - Manage and suggest ways to increase employee engagement (like job satisfaction surveys, employer feedback ) - Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements - Coordinate employee training and development initiatives - Ensure our record-keeping and data processing procedures comply with requirements - Design and implement company policies and procedures - Review and update our employment contracts and agreements - Prepare and track budgets by department - Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates Requirements - Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role - Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools - Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs - Strong Employee performance management background - Good knowledge of labor laws - Leadership abilities - decision making, managing teams Bachelors in Human Resources Management;
