Head HR Operations for a leading Healthcare Technology company
Reporting to the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include :
- Total HR operations management
- Responsibilities include HR Operations from onboarding till exit
- Works hands on as well as directs the activities and staff involved in developing and -maintaining HR activities, policies and procedures.
- Establishes functional business plans and provides for the development and alignment of HR people, products, programs and services to achieve organizational objectives.
- Facilitates, measures, and improves the quality of people management.
- Develops, implements solutions to department issues and stakeholder expectations.
- Design HR Operations, Compliance and Training strategy for India and each team and then drive the execution working with the team and all.
- Oversee and connect with Staffing work as needed and manage staffing work in absence of India Staffing Manager. Hands on approach needed.
- Manage internal customer relationship and requirements.
- Manage the entire life cycle of HR from on-boarding, training, engagement, performance and compensation management, exits, employer brand across all. Have expertise in managing internal investigations and performance improvement cases hands on herself/himself
Successful candidate :
- 11-16 years of experience in core HR operations and compliance
- Exposure to Data Management and HR Analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Good communication skills
- Team management experience
