This offers an opportunity to streamline HR operations and create an HR shared service centre in India for a Global Industrial Products Manufacturing and Trading Group. For Corporate it will focus on : - Coordinate and oversee the implementation of new HR policies and procedures - Manpower Planning and budgeting - Manage the new hire process; induction, confirmation etc - Ensure all necessary statutory compliance - Ensure payroll and related activities are maintained - Prepare Reports, Dashboards for Senior Management - For creating Shared Service for End to end employee life cycle it will cover the following key activities - Understanding and analysing the HR processes managed across global locations - Finalizing processes &amp; sub-processes in a phased manner - Ensuring system standardization and simplification if needed - Developing the teams for the delivery - Ensuring service delivery benchmarks are adhered to - HR professional with around 12 years of experience in HR Operations and having experience in setting up the HR Shared Service will fit the role.
