Head - HR/IR - Mfg/FMCG (7-14 yrs)

One of our Mnc clients is looking to hire

- Head IR for Corporate in Mumbai to oversee end to end vertical of Employee and Industrial Relations , Labour laws and legislation, Statutory compliances , union handling, wage settlements of all the entities, court settlements , wage negotiations and signing of agreements workforce issues , laisoning and administration, contract labour management, Policy Making wrt Labour , issues implementation and execution , also playing a strategic role in collaboration with understanding of different businesses within the group and in consultations with business heads and other stakeholders

- HR candidate with atleast 7 -14 yrs of work exp having MBA HR/ IR with labour laws or labour studies as specialization with 2 years full time post qualification experience from Manufacturing or Core Industries setup will be preferred such as Heavy engineering, Shipping, logistics, Transportation, Auto Ancillary,Steel, Automotives, Pharma , FMCG etc anything which involves dealing with labour issues and contractual labour management with strong business knowledge will be an advantage .

- Will also oversee the IR functions of all business verticals based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and other locations as a Head IR. Marathi language knowledge will be an asset .
