Job Description :

- Talent Acquisition & Retention To create recruitment framework to have a controlled TAT. Implementing systems/ initiatives for retaining required Talent pool at site, arresting and working on attrition triggers

- Developing a good network to foresee the internal and external concerns Recruitment cycle and Attrition rate

- Productivity Improvement Coordinating Productivity Study at site for Operations and leading in admn. functions, implementing suggested action plan of improvement from the perspective of rationalization, automation and IT enablement

- Productivity Improvement

- Developing People oriented culture Working on a Strong People Oriented culture

- Identifying and implementing new ways of recognizing and motivating employees

- Focus on low scoring dimensions

- Deployment of BHR & CHR people initiatives EES and ESS scores

- Strengthening Value alignment Creating a value governed culture at site No. of employees not covered / No. of instances of value violations registered

- Budgetary control over fixed cost at site (salary & wages and overheads) Recruitment as per manpower plan, competitive compensation and budgetary limits.

- Monitoring of overhead expenses and making respective function managers aware of deviations from the budget % saving / deviations from the budget

- Facilitating operational excellence as ULT member Identification, analysis and recommendation for internal growth opportunities at NMS & MS level at site No. of roles identified

- Capability development of site team Formulation and effective deployment of LET plan for officers. Identifying capability gaps emerging out of selection or/ and confirmation process and addressing the same thru LET process % compliance to LET plan

- Create development plan for Unit Leadership Team Partnering into effective review at unit meetings

- Creating a process of efficient and effective review at ULT level to enhance functional performance of the departments -ULT review frequency

- Managing Proactive IR Developing formal and informal communication channels across levels to capture feeling and sentiments of people. Addressal of issues and grievances at 1st level to avoid any untoward situation at site.

- Creating network in Dahej industrial region Nos of complaints/ issues raised/ resolved

- Nos of IR incidents Minor/ Major

- Efficient & effective control and coordination of site administration function Designing of SOPs for administration function and review the same for effective implementation. To ensure enriching experience to the people and cost effectiveness to the function Employees satisfaction score and Overhead expenses

- Strengthening Statutory compliance Frequency based review of compliance structure & timely Compliance to all HR & Admin related laws and Acts Compliance to the plan

- CSR Lead and guide CSR team and initiatives in consultation with the BHR Compliance to the plan

- Developing the HR & Admin team Building the capability of HR & Admn. team thru structured intervention of gap analysis and implementing the development plan for the same. -

- Decision Making Boundaries

- Decision related to recruitment & job rotations up to the staff level

- Decision related to training of all employees as per LET plan

- Decisions for resolving complaints of employees.

- Decisions on service providers by carrying out vendor evaluation for all admin

Position Specification :

- Educational Qualification MBA (HR)

- Nature of experience Manufacturing Industries preferably chemical

- Duration of experience 18 Years Min

- Role specific competencies Customer Focus, Aligns to Change, Job Knowledge, Achievement Orientation, Communication, Planning and Execution, Leadership, Analysis and problem Solving, Interface Skills
