Head HR - International Business

This role will have the primary responsibility of heading the HR function for all the International Operations.

The role encompasses:

- Understanding C&B of different countries

- Helping Recruiting and engaging employees in various geographies

- Transition employees from contractor rolls to Company role in international locations

- Help set up subsidiaries in various locations.

Ideal experience of the candidate:

- 12-16 years of experience

- High caliber candidate with an MBA from a reputed institute would be preferred.

- The person has to have experience and understanding in countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America.
