Looking an HR professional with 12 yrs plus experience to Head the HR Function for a Japanese Manufacturing company to be based in Bawal, Haryana.
The jobholder is responsible for designing, streamlining and ensuring consistent implementation of processes and policies relating to managing people processes in business, in the function titled Human Resources.
Main Priorities
- Design and regularly evaluate key HR processes related to joining, transfer and separation to ensure the smooth transition of the employee to and from the company at minimized lead times
- Drive the annual performance management process for the company
- Ensure the ready availability of all relevant and updated HR information including policies, processes and guidelines for the employees via handbooks or Intranet
- Develop and execute benchmark compensation strategies and benefit program, in line with the companies business objectives.
- Create an effective management information system, which captures all critical information pertaining to employees and ensure that it is updated on a real time basis
Critical Attributes (Must Haves)
Technical
- Knowledge of labour laws including PF, ESI.
- Interviewing skills
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and policies in similar industry
- Knowledge and experience in handling labour union matters
