- Manage the recruitment and selection process.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Nurture a positive working environment.

- Maintain a people centric rewards & recognition program.

- Assess training needs so as to enable the organisation to channel productive resources into areas that has maximum business impact.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

- Effective Handling of Labour Unions and negotiation. (IR Activities)
