Head - HR Generalist - Plant & Corporate - Manufacturing (15-18 yrs)

Our client is a leading and highly respected organization in the Electronic Instrumentation Sector manufacturing a wide variety of Test & Measuring Instruments and Industrial Control Products They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with generalist experience in manufacturing sector to head the HR function end to end.

Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for :

- Managing the end to end HR function for the organization (including the plant) based out of Nasik

- Provide leadership on HR issues such as reward strategy, employee relations, talent and performance management, organizational development/change, culture, leadership and learning

- Bringing forth innovative HR practices in the day to day functioning of the plant.

- Managing the career planning and development plans for a staff span of more than 800 people (including blue collar workers)

- Be the interface between the employees and the management with focus on helping solve work related problems, interpreting policies

- Provide leadership and functional expertise for HR elements including thought leadership on transfer of processes and work, and resulting and people impacts

- Managing retention of employees, employee morale and commitment through employee engagement activities

- Drive the implementation of the people strategy, performance culture and change management projects

- Ensure compliance with all Security, Safety, Health & Environment and regulatory requirements as detailed in the Company's Policies

You should come with 15-18 years of HR Generalist within the manufacturing sector.

Exposure to managing large scale projects and driving talent management initiatives is essential for this role. Ideal candidate would be somebody who has worked in a plant for 4-5 years and then moved into a corporate role .

Experience in managing global stakeholders and partnering closely with business is required. Full time MBA from a Tier 1 Institute and exceptional presentation and communication skills are desired.
