Head - HR Compliance - Construction Firm (5-15 yrs)
- HRD/PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT :
Implementation or HR Policies related to manpower planning, recruitment and selection. Introduction of Midterm Performance Appraisal at the plant level, Recruitment of middle and lower level management supervisory staff & workers.
- STATUTORY COMPLIANCES:
Ensuring compliances of regulations under Labour legislatures viz EPF, ESI Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Factory Act, Liaison with all Labour laws enforcing agencies under Factory Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, Management of Contract Workers. Maintaining all statutory registers required under all above records under labour laws.
- INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS:
Counselling of workers & Maintaining Relations with union members for resolving day-to-day issues, Management of industrial unrest, Participation of bipartite & conciliation proceedings, Conducting domestic enquiry, Event management (celebration of Safety Week, communication exercises, New year Celebration, Training Programs), Interaction with Govt. officials, Govt. agencies at local, State level.
