Head - HR CoE - Compensation & Rewards - FMCG (6-8 yrs)

A leading FMCG company wishes to hire a specialist for Compensation and benefits to head the centre of excellence for the same.

The incumbent would be responsible for:

- Compensation & Benefits,

- Employee Benefits and Policies

- Plan and develop compensation and benefit programs by evaluating cost and effectiveness of programs

- Market Reconnaissance .

- Engage in Market Pricing activities to set the company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets and regulatory compliance

- Develop compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position.

- Ensure company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.

- Administer and communicate the company's benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements

- Provide guidance, advice, analysis and training of Human Resources departments in connection with compensation and benefits policies

- Shall be working closely with the CXO to build a robust system around rewards and benefits .

- The incumbent will be assisted by a team of 4 handling specific aspects for the centre of excellence for Comp & benefits.

- The applicant must be a top B School graduate with 6-8 years of post qualification experience.

- Must have proven experience in leading compensation and rewards .

- Stints in HR Operations would be preferred .

- Must have exposure in a consumer facing industry having robust manufacturing and sales operations.
