Head - HR Centre of Excellence - Total Rewards & Performance Management (8-15 yrs)
The Head of CoE HR role will be responsible for designing systems, processes and mechanisms to motivate, engage and develop talent Zetwerk. The role will oversee talent management, compensation & benefits, policies and other programmatic HR initiatives. People are the primary differentiator for Zetwerk and enabling autonomy, mastery and purpose for our people is a strategic imperative.
Our aim is develop high performing, highly engaged teams with org first thinking. The role will need to think systematically using technology and people levers to create the optimum environment for strong performance today and in the future.

Manpower Planning :
- Job Mapping / Job Description / Productivity to be benchmarked
- Manpower Budgets : Annual & Half Yearly linked with ABP Targets
- Manpower Cost to Sales Ratio Finalisation
Performance Management :
- Performance Evaluation Processes across Business Verticals
- Org wide Competency Framework to be derived and implemented
- Develop and Implementation of Succession Planning frameworks
HR Projects :
- Driving people-centric initiatives and projects at the group level
Compensation & Benefits :
- Compensation Ranges for each Band & Grade : Paymix and Pay Structure
- PLB / Variable Pay Scheme and impact measurement on ABP / Strategy on quarterly / monthly. Half-year - measures, payouts etc
- Industry benchmarking (each vertical) : Last 5 years trend on increment / average manpower cost to sales ratio
