Our client is a domestic housing finance subsidiary of a large conglomerate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Talent Acquisition and HRBP for Housing Finance and Secured & Unsecured lending businesses.
- Manage end to end employee life cycle.
- Responsible for strategic employee engagement activities including but not limited to town halls, one-on-one interaction, skip level meetings etc.
- Understand the gaps of business and influence stakeholders with proven solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Should have proven the expertise of HRBP & TA role preferably for Retail Assets, Business loans, Secured & Unsecured loans businesses.
- Should have managed a medium size team and multiple geographies.
- Sector: BFSI/NBFC experience is a must.
