HRBP Head
- The person will be responsible to lead the HRBP PAN India for all the business units.
- Will be managing a team of 4 Zonal HRBPs as direct reportees who manage regional teams below them.
- The position reports to the CHRO.
Duties and Responsibilities (Indicative) :
- Responsible for driving HR processes with a key focus on talent management for skill development, performance management, employee engagement, communication, employee connect, and help in elevating employee experience.
- Partner with businesses on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Ensuring stakeholder management in terms of implementation and adherence to execute initiatives to help to drive a high-performing organization.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all party's interests.
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.
- Plan, manage, and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
- Provide the tools, framework, and support to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on change initiatives and execute change plans locally.
- Support the Talent Management process, developing toolkits and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient.
- Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze training needs and implement the training and development agenda; identifying areas that need attention in conjunction with managers.
