Responsible for leading Human Resource function for India across that includes 50,000+ employees.

Reports to the CHRO India / Team of 100+ HR professionals / HR Strategy / Employee engagement / Succession planning and retention in line with overall business goals etc.

Study HR Trends in IT & other related businesses on a regular basis / Identify best practices and implementation / Regular monitoring and review of HR practices / Guide & mentor teams in implementing suggestions for enhancing overall HR effectiveness & efficiency etc.
