Head - HRBP Job Objective : - The incumbent will lead the HRBP vertical for a Fin-Tech organization, based in Gurgaon. He/ she will manage employee life cycle for 600 employees and will have 3-4 direct reportees. - They will work with business leaders, and team members within and outside HR to strategize and drive all major HR processes and initiatives including - talent management, employee engagement and employee relations. Responsibilities : - Engage with business leaders & design / develop HR interventions for critical business requirements - Lead & anchor HR projects - Performance Management, Talent Development & Engagement, Recognition and Rewards - Provide guidance and inputs on org structure, workforce planning, and succession planning Education & Experience : MBA in HR from a tier 1 institute preferred
