Client Details

Our client is the largest global brand in the Business Services industry with significant market share and an enviable reputation for their unrivaled product knowledge, most comprehensive and best service portfolio in the industry. With their consistent growth across the region, they are presently seeking Head HRBP for the largest business (approx. 1,00,000 people) to join their leadership team based out of Gurgaon

Description

Reporting into the CHRO and having a team, of 7-8 HRBP's, your responsibilities as a Sr. HRBP for approx. 1,00,000 people will include:

- Ensure and provide leadership and insights to the senior business stakeholders regarding outline, design and delivery of HR strategies

- Be a "business partner" and key member of the leadership team to align the HR strategy to the business goals

- Ensure 100% adherence and implementation of HR programs and policies across employee life cycle

- Focus on development of employees at all levels and handle employee grievances at a leadership level

- Handle and ensure adherence to all statutory and local compliances around PF, ESI, minimum wages, ISO quality standards etc. or any other ER related issues

- Work closely with the senior business stakeholders to ensure that the human resource goals are aligned with the overall initiatives within the set budgets

- Creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people initiatives

- Work closely with the business to initiate, influence and drive the process

- Close interaction and providing active support to CHRO, staffing needs, business heads on strategizing around compensation planning, performance management, L&D, rewards and recognitions etc. to ensure consistent implementation of decisions and successful delivery of the processes

Profile

- Should come with 16 - 19 years of experience as a HRBP from a MNC background as a must have

- Candidates can come from FMCG/FMCD, Consumer Durables, Logistics and Distribution, Retail, Telecom, shared services industries

- Must come with a robust understanding of business in a distribution model

- Candidates only with a Full time MBA from a premier B school will be considered

- Excellent team player

- Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and ever changing business environment

- Should be open to travelling and good business acumen is a must have

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Must be articulate and strong on senior stakeholder management
