Head - HR Business Partner - 2-Wheeler OEM

We are hiring for HRBP role for a leading 2-wheeler OEM based out at North India location.

Job Purpose Statement

Implement & Develop plant HRD processes (Acquisition, On boarding, Learning & Development, Technical Training Centre, Education & Training Pillar -TPM, Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Exits) to ensure readiness of engaged and capable people to meet Annual/Mid Term goals.

Key Accountabilities

- Establish & Monitor Annual HRD Roadmap & Budget to achieve People objectives for HM2G

- Develop and implement Engagement Processes for enhancing Employee Engagement

- Develop and implement Engagement Processes for enhancing Employee Engagement

- Implementation of new/renovated HR Projects/processes in collaboration with COEs (Centres of Excellence)

- Ensure smooth operation for HRD verticals to achieve HRD Operating Plans

Skills and Capabilities

- Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Onboarding,

- Talent management, People development, Employee engagement,

- HR-ERP (SAP/others)

Educational Background: Full Time MBA from premium colleges.

Relevant Experience: 2-6 Years Exp
