Position: Head - HR, Admin & IR (MNC Manufacturing Company)
Role and Requirements:
- Will Head-HR, Admin and IR for the company
- Will be part of the Leadership team of the Company in India
- Full time Post graduation in HR/IR from reputed university
- Formal qualification in Labour Law will be an added advantage
- Total professional experience of 18-25 yrs including prior experience in leading the HR function at a manufacturing company
- Experience in Manufacturing / Capital Equipment Industry with hands on experience in handling Blue collar employees and Union is must
- Should have hands on experience in areas of HR like Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relations, OT calculation, and other HR areas
- Shall be open to plan relocation and relocate to Pune in one and half year time
- Experience in handling plant relocation will be an added advantage
- Experience in handling third party contract is expected
- Smart, can think on his/her feet, problem solver, strong understanding of business and strategy, diplomatic, very good communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Skills to connect with people easily
- Strong administrator
- Shall possess high ethical standards
- Native Marathi speaking (Preferred)
Location: Mumbai
This position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is an MNC Manufacturing Company
Salary range - 20-30 LPA
