Head - HORECA Sales - FMCG (10-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Pan India HORECA/Food Services business with P&L responsibility
- Managing both direct supplies to key HORECA accounts and managing distributors / Wholesalers for other accounts
- Responsible for developing a structured approach towards converting HORECA accounts through sampling, rate negotiation and ensuring on time in full supplies
- Managing key influencers in the ecosystem by developing a relationship management program
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities in HORECA/Food Services Accounts
- Team Management: To build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Overall setup a separate HORECA vertical in the organization and build a sustainable structure to ensure seamless working
Educational Qualification: MBA Marketing.
Experience:
- Proven experience of 10+ years in HORECA Sales in FMCG Food Industry.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical):
- Problem-solving and negotiation
- Must have experience in FMCG / Processed Food industry in HORECA Sales.
- Proven track record in delivering sales results.
- Good communication skills.
