Head - Health Safety & Environment - Chemical/Manufacturing/Paint

Qualification : BE/Btech in Chemical only with Various ISO

- The candidate should be from the chemical/oil & Gas/ Manufacturing industry/Paint Industry.

Profile:

Key Responsibilities

- Management of the allocated range; responsible for Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Security on all Indian sites

- Maintain and develop the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Management System as well the Security Standards for India

- Drive the optimization of processes and their interaction with the local functions and local HSEQ&S managers

- Ensure a suitable reporting system; coordination of local reporting; contact for local HSE&S-Officers

- Drive the implementation of the specified programs, measures and regulatory requirements

- Data analysis, reporting and analysis of incidents, including support in root cause analysis for local teams

- Plan and conduct assessments, audits and support missions, follow up of action lists

- Maintain certification according ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and implement certification according ISO 45001 for all Indian sites.

- Preparation and follow up of the management reviews according ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 for India in coordination with HSEQ&S manager Europe

- Ensure compliance with all applicable health & safety and environmental regulations including all HSE-permit relatet topics with relevant authorities at Indian sites

- Identify HSE&S risks in labs, TechCenters, production, handling, transport and storage as well as customer service regarding occupational safety-related issues, including proposing and driving measures to minimize risk

- Ensure the development, verification and registration of documents and processes for each Indian location are fully complied

- Develop the training materials and presentations and implementation of workshops and trainings on issues within the area of responsibility
