- Head HR is responsible for leading the HR function ensuring it is capable and aligned to meet the strategic business requirements.
- He/she is responsible for ensuring the competitiveness of the organization in terms of employee productivity, cost and talent capability across the locations.
- He/She is responsible for advocating people values and culture through design and implementation of the HR strategy, policies, and procedures.
- The role holder is a key driver of change management initiatives and building of the organization's culture through efficient people management practices across the diverse businesses of the Organization.

Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA from a reputed Business School
- Should have 10 years of experience in human resources from Software Industry with at least 3 years of of progressive experience of working with business.
