1. Market Research of Products that can be sold in Africa and study imports into Africa
2. Product Technical knowledge
3. Plant Equipment & Capacity technical knowledge
4. Knowledge about plants & equipment's for future expansions into different Pharma lines like Injectables etc.
5. Sales & Product costing knowledge
