Job Details : - Be responsible for retaining clients (B2B) and driving revenue growth (B2B2C) - Partner with the underwriting team to design innovative products/propositions (e.g. add ons), drive adoption of products and optimise for conversion and profitability - Work closely with product, technology and customer service teams to design and streamline processes to deliver best in class service and experience (to customers and partners) right from onboarding to renewal - Engage with and build long-term relationships with key external stakeholders (CFO, HR Heads, CXOs, & Senior management) - Lead a team of Client Service Managers for end-to-end management of day to day operations - Ensure high NPS, zero escalations, 100% adherence to SLAs / TATs across clients and customers - Hustler, who can work well in a challenging environment and build processes from scratch to scale fast - Someone with a 360 degree view across sales, customer service, engagement, product and technology etc. - Successful leadership and people management experience - 4-5 years of experience in Tier 1 consulting firms or operating experience in a fast growing consumer internet startup a plus - Education from Tier 1 colleges
