Head - Growth Partner India - Global HR Firm (15-30 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Partner to support our client's B2B business development and growth in a specific country or region. As a Growth Partner, the primary responsibility will be to open doors to decision makers in various companies and drive business expansion. The Growth Partner will work closely with our client's business leaders to identify target clients, establish relationships, and secure business opportunities. This role requires exceptional networking skills, a proven track record of successful lead generation, and the ability to work independently.
1. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the designated country or region. Utilize your network, research, and market knowledge to identify decision makers and key influencers within target companies. Generate high-quality leads and create opportunities for business development.
2. Relationship Building: Initiate contact with decision makers and key stakeholders through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and referrals. Build strong relationships based on trust, credibility, and a deep understanding of their business needs.
3. Business Development: Engage decision makers in meaningful conversations, understand their pain points, and present our company's value proposition. Actively pursue opportunities to present our products or services and negotiate partnerships or sales agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
4. Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities within the specific country or region. Provide regular insights and feedback to the internal team to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business growth initiatives.
5. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed agreed-upon targets and goals for lead generation, business development, and revenue generation. Continuously monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed to maximize success.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, client interactions, and business development progress. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended improvements.
- Experience in working as CEO / CXO / Director / Partner, preferably in the Management Consulting, IT, ITeS, BFSI sectors.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and business development in the specified country or region.
- Extensive network of contacts and relationships within target industries and companies.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to engage decision makers effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and convincingly.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities and market trends.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
