Work Experience - SAAS / Logistics / Supply Chain Background Preferred.
Someone who has been into management consulting and currently working in a Central Operations/ Strategy/ BU Head Role driving critical projects in high-growth startups preferably in Logistics / Ecommerce / Last Mile Delivery / Supply Chain / SAAS Industry.
Key Pointers
This is Senior Leadership Role, which would be reporting directly to the founders and the board.
- Hands-on Experience in leading a team, driving strategy, and executing the projects in which a technology focussed approach is a major requisite
- Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, specifically evaluating the growth of the business across verticals.
- Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals the corporation may enter.
- Evaluate the company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.
- Mentor and interact with the team members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team as well.
- Someone who loves operations, strategy, systems, and product workflow - and who wants to put those skills to driving key implementation metrics with a business culture is a perfect fit.
This is a senior-level techno-managerial role where the person would be leading the functional team which would be driving some metrics such as TTL - "Time to Live" , NRR - "Net Revenue Retention" etc
This would involve building strategy, and coordination with the product team as well as cross-functional teams to drive the projects centrally.
You'll be solving business-critical problems and be part of a group responsible for driving the company's growth exponentially.
- Find innovative ways to optimize and scale the growth of the organization
- Owner and Driver of the P&L of different verticals.
- Convey customer feedback to the product and management teams to help the company constantly improve its product offerings
- Support clients through the implementation process by applying strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills
