Job Summary :
- The Growth Head is responsible for driving the company's expansion, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market positioning.
- This role involves strategizing and executing data-driven marketing, product growth initiatives, and business development efforts to enhance profitability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Identify and optimize growth levers, including digital marketing, partnerships, and product innovation.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and data analytics teams.
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making and improve key business metrics.
- Oversee performance marketing, organic growth, and brand-building initiatives.
- Develop and implement pricing, customer segmentation, and loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Optimize conversion funnels, user experience, and engagement strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs to ensure profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or revenue strategy.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and customer engagement.
- Proven experience in scaling businesses, user acquisition, and retention.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
