Driving digital & App ecosystem partnerships, Payments & Fintech partnerships and to lead Business Development & Monetization efforts.

Areas of Responsibility:

- Driving Digital & App Ecosystem Partnerships with leading Indian and Global App companies across E-commerce, OTT, News, Entertainment, Music, Social categories.

- Driving Co's Payments & Fintech business and partnerships in India.

- P&L and Business target ownership of multi-million dollar monetization revenue streams.

- Business development and relationship management at C-Level / Executive Level with Key partners - Should be able to nurture/grow existing partnerships and also onboard new partners.

- Internal stakeholder management with functions like R&D, Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Commercial and Legal teams.

- Overseeing end-to-end Project planning to execution to GTM stage for new products and business initiatives.

- Utilizing data insights, competitive analysis and market trends for Strategic Planning, Revenue forecasting and Data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements:

- Exposure & experience in large (multi-million dollar) partnership deals, including business development, negotiations and contract closures.

- Proven track record at complex problem solving, project management and taking new business initiatives to market.

- Should be comfortable with technology and should be able to provide valuable inputs on tech products, UX/UI, User experience & flows.

- Should be able to provide direction to pre-empt or rapidly resolve complaints/ grievances on user experience, bugs or tech issues.

- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence people at multiple levels, develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.

- Should be able to work in an evolving (start-up like) work environment with a Go-getter attitude. Should be self-driven with Ownership & Initiative as key traits.

- Should be able to lead a team of seasoned individual contributors to achieve business & organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Deep understanding of Indian and Global App ecosystem, Mobile advertising, different commercial models and monetization opportunities.

- Additional understanding of Indian Payments & Fintech landscape would be a big plus.

- 12-16 years work experience.

- MBA from Premium Institute preferred
