Head of Growth Marketing
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead. We see this as a strategic role. The perfect candidate should have some of the following criteria :
1. Should be passionate about our mission and should believe in helping people uplevel in their careers.
2. Should have been a key part of a start-up or company that scaled significantly.
3. Should be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-changing environment.
4. Should have strong communication skills
5. Should be a hands-on Growth Marketer
6. Should have comfort working across multiple channels of growth.
It would great to find someone who has experience leading Demand Generation across Paid as well as Content/ Inbound and earned channels of marketing.
Alternatively, someone who has a spike in either Paid or Earned and who understands the other aspects well is also fine
a. Excellent grasp of nos. Highly analytical.
b. Experimental in nature
c. Experience hiring a small team
d. Marketing to engineers is a plus
e. Marketing to the US is a plus
f. Marketing for 'considered' purchase is a plus
g. A good understanding of SEO is a plus
h. Engineering background is a plus
i. This person will report directly to the founders
