Looking for an CMO/Growth Marketing Head with an Ed-Tech company. This is the senior most marketing role for the company.Founder-1 role.
Job Description :
Strategy to Execution :
- Creates revenue roadmaps along with founders in accordance with company growth aspirations
- Breaks down revenue goals to actionable targets across sales and marketing units
- Acts as thought partner for founder to chart business & market strategy
- Heads marketing and sales functions for overall business
Growth and Conversion:
- Owns and tracks key revenue metrics across the organization and teams
- Owns cross functional OKRs with content and marketing and tracks them
- Sets appropriate course-correction plans for missed revenue targets
People & Partnering:
- Plans for staffing requirements across sales and marketing as per AOP
- Collaborates closely with Head of Content, Head of Customer Success to execute OKRs
- Works closely with Head of Content to match content strategy to revenue projections
- Liaisons with Customer Success Team to improve proposition communication
Thought Leadership:
- Understands business, market and competitors well and closely tracks developments
- Understands customer aspirations and mindset across different segments
- Is aware of latest technology & tools trends in the industry for growth marketing

- Deep understanding of customer needs and passion to deliver value over features
- Analyze existing funnels, strategize increased funnel conversions for each categories of courses we offer
