Head - Growth - HealthTech (7-10 yrs)

Our client is an early-stage health-tech start-up backed by a global venture capital based in Bengaluru.

Job Role:

The head of Growth will play a critical role in acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.

- Responsible for building relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to drive growth and overall demand generation.

- Provide thought leadership which will help the firm to identify market and customer trends. Develop & recommend new-age tools for marketing campaigns (both digital and offline) by collaborating with multiple teams including internal doctors and the analytics team to drive engagement and ROI.

- Develop and execute a sales strategy and sales plan metrics to create accountability and achieve the firm's business goals.

- Engage in the deeper research and analysis of consumer behaviours and use provide insights that can help create awareness of the potential customers and further engage the existing customer base to upsell the services.

- Build/structure the team for performance and development; mentor and coach report to ensure performance in the team is sustained.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

- Must possess an eye for detail and strong analytical acumen

Relevant Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing & growth from tier-1/premier business schools.

- Proven experience in performance marketing channels. Working knowledge of Google Ads/social media management.

- Should have led teams and worked with agencies.

- Affiliate partnership & referral program management experience

- Data-oriented & analytical skills. Understanding the data for trends and generating reports for enabling strategic decision making.

- Manage marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.

- Should have managed ATL/BTL campaigns.

- An added advantage for experience with sales teams.

- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multiple teams to achieve results and is able to clearly communicate complex data to strategic stakeholders.
