- Drive the growth plans and optimize revenue funnel

- Champion latest industry trends - innovative marketing constructs, best methods of driving traffic, conversion techniques

- Use data and analytics for measuring marketing effectiveness, creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth

- Integrate products into the company's analytics framework to provide dashboards and testing tools as services across the organization

- Design marketing campaigns to improve and optimise the sales funnel conversion

- Provide customer insight, through understanding of user requirements, habits, and perceptions

- Actively share insights with the product team to facilitate product improvement creating a roadmap to unlock growth

- Lead a high-performing team to implement strategic marketing initiatives - including performance marketing and app marketing

- Target leads by identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: PPC, social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & affiliates, SEO, content, email and more

- Graduate/Post-Graduates from Top Premier institutes with prior experience in EdTech (IIT/IIM/ISB/BITSP/SPJain/KJS/JBIMS etc.)

- Strong experience in growth hacking, social media/viral marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel and performance marketing

- Good knowledge of campaign management tools (eg. Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics)

- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Adept at building collaborative relationships

- Ability to navigate in a startup environment and work cross functional teams, collaborating closely with Product leadership
