Roles & Responsibilities :
- Help scale the businesses.
- Help explore new channels to grow our network of customers and micro-entrepreneurs
- Optimize the cost of acquiring these customers and entrepreneurs (CAC)
- Drive efficiencies in our sales processes and tools
- Build roadmap and strategy for next set of activities for expansion.
- Expected to have a product-first mindset to growth working with and in some cases managing product teams.
- Creating Go-To-Market strategies and driving the complete execution.
- Building strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Understanding the market and identifying new revenue streams.
- Responsible for planning and execution of content strategy for every stage of the Customer Journey to autopilot the customer acquisition process.
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
