Head - Growth - B2C eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-12 yrs)
Looking to hire a Head of Growth role for a leading B2C ecommerce company in fashion/beauty domain.
We are in the process of building a Growth team and need a senior candidate to lead this team.
Please find a brief overview below :
- Responsible for integrating the company's marketing / commercial efforts with strategic planning, analytics and customer experience to drive profitable growth.
- Understanding all pain points in the product discovery process, purchase and service process which may hinder growth and working with other departments to overcome these.
Leading a cross-functional team (segregated by category) to optimise the following :
- Reach / user acquisition
- Online visual merchandising
Candidate profile :
- Candidates with Premier Institute background with min 10 -12 yrs experience in growth for ecommerce company is essential.
- Should have growth multiple categories together in his current portfolio
- B2C Ecommerce background is must
- Beauty/fragrance/skin care/hair care/personal care category experience is preferable.
