Job Description
- Deep understanding of the clients business, brand and category in which they compete
- Revenue Growth, Client Acquisition, Account Management
- Technical knowledge of the Product to take care of On Spot Branding/Placement with Client
- Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company's database
- Understand the client goals and needs and clearly articulate the objectives of the initiative
- Strategic involvement, able to develop a brief that is compelling and that inspires and identifies a clear outcome along with how success will be measured
- Assemble and brief the team and facilitate ideation, always looking for ideas that are big and offer the greatest impact on the clients business
- Review project and creative briefs to ensure overall strategic direction in on-target
- Develop case studies on clients' business
The Successful Applicant
- We are looking for strong business development professionals with the following attributes -
- From broadcasting media background
- 10-12 years of experience in the segment
- Will be handling a team of 4-5 people
- Will be helping in getting business for the upcoming elections as well as maintain relations and generate business from other ministries/government initiatives
- MBA is mandatory
- Presentable and strong relationship building potential
- High Ownership of responsibilities
- High sense of integrity
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent command over English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to address internal customer expectations
- Self Starter, High level of drive to give shape to new initiatives
