Head - Government Relations - Solar

Job Purposes :

Development and implementation of a Government Relations strategy to drive Submersible / Solar Business in India & achieve agreed business objectives

Key Responsibilities :

1. As solar is primarily driven by Government policies, its vital to Liaison with Government with approach in developing relationships and communication aligned with our approach

2. Understanding Government flagship programmes and empanelling as technology provider with Ministry

3. Communication with government stakeholders that supports business objectives and enhances the company Prospects /Visibility

4. Identify legislative, regulatory, and political threats, or opportunities for company business in the Country

5. Working with Technical Advisories (Consultants) which are working with these ministries

6. Working with State Government / Agencies in influencing policy makers & agencies

7. Exploring the possibilities in the PPP/NGO platforms.

8. Creating case stories and Communicating the same

9. Demonstrating performance on various SDG- s

Key Collaboration Partners :

2. State specific government agencies and officers

3. Technical Advisories / Application Specialist

4. Financial Institutions

Educational Qualification :

- Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with Diploma.

Experience Preferred :

- 15 + years relevant experience, primarily liaison with Government Agencies.
