Experience: 2 to 4 years experience in Sales in FMCG or Telecom or eCommerce industry Hands of experience in Sales operations in a large B2C organisation including leading front line sales team Roles & Responsibilities: - Leading front line go to market sales organisation for one or more Clusters - Designing GTM processes and training/capability building - Running day to day Sales Ops including performance management to meet weekly - monthy-yearly targets - Agreeing Annual Operating plans with Clients and breaking down into Monthly /Route wise targets - Designing and execution of Trade marketing and BTL initiatives at Retail counters - Team management including salesman incentive plans, recruitment, training and development - P/L Management of GTM Ops Desired Skills: - Analytical mindset - Execution orientation including eye for detail - Business acumen - People management
