Head/GM/VP - HR Generalist - 3PL Logistics (18-28 yrs)
Client: A well-established 7 decade old 3PL Logistics organization, operating in India and SAARC countries. They part of a large group. They are managed well and have a low attrition.
They are looking to hire a GM/VP/Head HR for their organization's HO based in Noida
Job description:
- Drive & Manage the HR Strategy
- Devise yearly HR plan
- Manage the entire hire to retire cycle
- Drive Performance Appraisal, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Engagement, Rewards
- Manage Teams across locations
- Reporting to Leadership
The Need:
- PG/MBA
- 18+ yrs of exp in HR
- 3+ years in Leading HR
- Must have worked with Manufacturing, Logistics, Automotive, Steel, Packaging, Real Estate, FMCG or similar domains
- Must have worked as an HR Generalist and have knowledge of all aspects of HR
- Must have good knowledge of ER and compliances
- Able to work closely with the Proprietors/Board
- Have good communication skills

- Budget for this role is ~ 25 to 34 LPA
