Head - Global Travel & Lodging (15-20 yrs)
- Supervise end to end Global Travel & Lodging program and deliverables
- Collaborate with PMO & operations team to identify & implement process improvement initiatives
- Evaluate and implement cost optimization projects along with PMO automation team
- Ensure vendor compliance to SLAs and other mandatory requirements
- Periodic review of the escalations, grievances and the resolution procedure
- Review of the outcome of vendor service audit or CSAT/ESAT. Evaluate the feedback received and identify service gaps
- Devise strategies for process improvements based on service gaps identified
- Define SOPs for the Travel function and ensure process standardization
- Review and revision of organization's administrative policies like Business travel policy, relocation policy, etc.
- Ensure that regular vendor meetings are conducted and expectations are shared. Also ensure that vendor challenges are addressed
- Ensure timely resolution of escalation/deviation
- Manpower planning & optimization of Travel sub-function
- Define KRAs/KPI for the team
- Review and approve expense and budget report along with deviations and share the report with Global admin head
- Conduct appraisal of the team members
- Provide final recommendation to HR on annual and mid-year appraisal for team
