Head - Sales Operations - Global B2B SaaS

- Our client is a 12+ year old B2B SaaS ERP company, headquartered in Singapore with offices in South East Asia, India and recently in the US and Canada.


- They are backed by global investors and are on the path to achieving unicorn status.

- The company is looking for a Global Sales Operations Head to oversee and drive sales, monitor sales effectiveness, and grow the current sales ops team.


- The successful candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset, startup experience, along with a thorough understanding of sales operations and the ability to manage and mentor a sales operations team.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Work with the leadership team to define the global sales strategy and streamline processes, with an emphasis on the US market which is a key strategic market for the company

- Work closely with the sales management team to lead annual KPIs, budgeting, planning, forecasting etc.

- Provide insight to business partners/cross functional teams to work on collaborative strategies, and growth initiatives

- Work on centralizing and optimizing sales processes, pipeline management and various sales programs

- Support and build functions essential to sales effectiveness

- Identify opportunities for sales program implementation and sales process improvement

- Be responsible for sales analytics, sales tracking, sales effectiveness, and reporting of sales performance

- Work on the development and administration of sales incentive programs

- Be an active participant in sales events, seminars, and conferences to strengthen the company's brand visibility and thought leadership position

Qualifications/Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in a senior sales operations/sales strategy leadership role

- Experience working with a high growth B2B/Consumer tech start up is a plus

- MBA from a reputed university

- Proficiency in sales tools, sales planning, business processes, program management and change management

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to handle senior stakeholders

- Ability to build and maintain business relationships

- Strong analytical skills
