Global Sales & BD Head (North America & Europe) IT/ E- commerce platform company Location Mumbai: This role is for a very - 2 fast growing established company into IT/ E- commerce platform employing over 700 people. Seasoned new market development professional from IT and E-commerce industry background with deep exposure to US markets
Roles & Responsibilities -
- In conjunction with the business strategy, develop, communicate and translate sales business strategy into pragmatic action plans, execute and monitor
- Organize, motivate and lead sales teams and ensure the team reaches sales targets
- Manage and coordinate sales activities including supervision of contracts, direct sales, customer relations, vendor relations and related financial performance
- Develop business plans and strategies to grow new contracts.
- Network with key players and maintain an understanding of external market developments to ensure the organization becomes the service provider of choice to a greater share of the market.
- Map out business/marketing plans for new products and new markets.
- Manage marketing and promotional activities.
- Establish competitor analysis and understanding of market share.
- Train and manage the sales team in meeting sales targets.
- Reach out to corporates that fit our brand, have employees with our target demographic and initiate associations and partnerships with them.
- Develop engagement strategies, online and offline, for associations and partnerships.
- Manage reporting structure and implement required changes
- Work closely with Management Team & HOD's to meet company wide targets.
