Education & Experience:
- University or Bachelor's degree, advanced university or Master's degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of sales, channels and BPO industry domain experience.
- 20-30 years of overall industry experience.
- Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a new market offering segment.
- Experience with Application managed Services (AMS), ITSM / Cloud Infra outsourcing services and Digital platforms
- Responsible for Sell-To, Sell-With Channel Development and Partnership management.
- Responsible for coordination and support of partner sales efforts globally.
- Responsible for all go-to-market sales motions.
- Senior-level interaction with CXO customers and within the company.
The role is to develop and lead strategic initiatives to define Company's Sell-To- and Sell-With- Go To Market solutions with global BPO partners.
